This policy explains how the mobile game Color Catch (package com.rengiyakala.game,
published in Turkish as "Rengi Yakala") handles user data. By installing and playing the game you accept this policy.
1. What we do not collect
The game has no server and no user accounts of its own. We do not collect or store your name, e-mail, phone number or location. Your progress (levels, coins, purchased cosmetics, settings and the nickname you type for the leaderboard) is stored only on your own device and is removed when you uninstall the game.
2. Third party services
The game uses the following Google services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

3. Ads and your consent
Users in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are shown a consent screen the first time the game starts, where you choose whether to allow personalised ads. You can change that choice later in the game under Settings → Ad privacy settings. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalisation in your device settings.
4. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child's data has been processed, write to us at the address below and we will act on it.
5. Your rights
You can erase the game data on your device with Settings → Reset progress or by uninstalling the game. For data processed by the advertising services you can use Google's own tools, and you may exercise your GDPR and Turkish KVKK rights by writing to us.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date on this page changes with it. Significant changes are also announced in the game.
